George Barlow - President
An award winning expert in franchise sales, Mr. Barlow has been responsible for
affiliating a multitude of companies through conversions, mergers and acquisitions
throughout his franchising career. Mr. Barlow has orchestrated millions of dollars
in revenue and has recruited thousands of real estate professionals over the years
through strategic planning and implementation of those plans.
Mr. Barlow formed Executive Franchise Consulting in January 2008 with a focus on
helping prospect companies navigate through the onerous details of finding the appropriate
Real Estate Franchisor. He brings 15 years of national real estate sales experience
to the company.
Prior to forming EFC, he was Vice President of Sales for Prudential Real Estate
Affiliates for the Central Region where he led the entire organization in sales
revenue and incremental growth. Mr. Barlow has also held franchise positions, within
Realogy, formally Cendant Corporation, the world’s largest real estate franchising
enterprise.
Mr. Barlow is well versed and experienced in linking solutions to business needs,
problem solving, competitive analysis, and experienced in navigating through complex
information.
Mr. Barlow holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rochester College, Rochester
Hills, Michigan, and received his Master of Management from the University of Phoenix,
Austin, Texas.
